We are offering two rooms for rent in a spacious, beautiful house in Santa Clarita, available immediately. Santa Clarita is only 30 minutes from Los Angeles. The two-story house is a nice neighborhood with new appliances and a washer and dryer. Kitchen, dining room, living room and backyard are common. Our lovely patio has a hot tub and a fire pit and has a nice look overlooking the valley. There is a lot of storage in the house. The two rooms share a bathroom. We are looking for two new roommates that are clean and considerate. You pay utilities (water, gas, cable, electricity) and we have wireless internet. Also, there is one garage parking spot available. You will be living with a pretty cool working professional. She has a chihuahua that is crotchety but loveable. Smaller room is 550 and available for rent now. The larger room is 600 and is available at the end of May. Sublet available.
